AboutPippa

Pippa started her working life as an analyst for JP Morgan, having read English Literature at Cambridge University.
She has since established a number of luxury home accessories businesses, both retail and trade.
Pippa has published several books on Amazon, through her publishing company, Ellie White. Pippa's writing ranges from observations of animals and country life through to poetry, children's books and academic research.
Trained as an NLP therapist, she is also actively involved in charity fundraising and has volunteered in teaching drama at local schools.
Pippa lives with her husband in a small house, which has a large view and a beautiful garden. She is in one of the nicest villages in Gloucestershire. We are surrounded by trees and fields and are lucky enough to walk straight out of the door into glorious countryside. On a good day, you will find her in her alternative home office - on the sunny terrace!
Her interests are widespread and include writing, music, interior design, cookery, organic lifestyle and the countryside, and naturally, lurchers, horses and other animals.
A voracious reader, since before she can remember, she has written all her life and has a degree in English from Cambridge. She has owned flower businesses, been a gardener, is a certified psychologist and nutritionist, and all round dilettante. Her interests range from flora and fauna to dogs, food, music, weather and many other subjects you will find across this website.
Pippa has known many Lurchers in her time and owned three; she holds very strong ideas about food, walks and holistic doggie living. All of her dogs have lived to a great age despite health problems, such as cancer, pancreatitis and broken bones.
Her other work can be seen at www.elliewhite.co.uk and on Instagram at @ruralwritings and @thelurcherlass.
